Travelling northwards along Westgate Rd where it meets Foxgrove Road there is now a litter bin at the railings at the crossroad. The railings make it difficult to safely drive across Foxgrove Road and now with the litter bin obscuring drivers’ views it is very dangerous as traffic comes fast up Foxgrove Road from Southend Road.
Reported in the Road and Pavement Issues category by Glenys Crane at 16:46, Sun 13 September 2020
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2292474.
As above, there is now a blind spot at the cross roads due to the litter bin and one cannot see what is approaching from the left

Well, you have successfully moved one litter bin back from the railings (which must help people driving out of the unmade part of Westgate Road) some time ago when I first reported. It is the opposite side of Westgate Road, owned by the council, at the crossroads with Foxgrove Road where there is still a waste bin up against the railings on the curb which obscures the view of fast traffic coming up from Southend Road. You cannot get confused as it’s the only one still at the curb. I have a low car and the railings are bad enough.
