Overgrown hedge and weeds on footpath

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2291262.

Pavement totally overgrown with weed and hedge opposite town houses in Cumberland Avenue. Totally unpassable now. Hasn't been touched for months and months.
