Grass and mud growing in missing grout lines - trip/slip hazard outside Malt House

Reported in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 17:26, Friday 11 September 2020

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later

Your team have been and filled in the most dangerous grout lines. I spoke to the engineers who agreed with me that the whole area should be re grouted. They said I should write again. To reiterate, the mounds of grass are a trip hazard to the elderly and in wet weather the mud that comes from the grout lines is extremely slippery. The post box is on Malt House so many people walk on this pavement. This is a conservation area and as such should it not look in good condition? The pavements here are extremely shabby.
