Sunken manhole cover

Sent to Dumfries and Galloway Council less than a minute later

There is a sunken manhole cover opposite number 9 and number 4 Hardthorn Meadows. It makes a loud cluncking noise when cars and vans drive over it. We can hear it in every room of our house, it happens regularly from early morning until night time and It wakens us up when we are in bed.
