Following my report yesterday ’Foul water seeping out of sewage manhole’, here are some better photos showing the foul water running out of the manhole cover and extending 100m or so down the road. And it still stinks🤢 While making this report the flow suddenly increased, I’m guessing because somebody flushed a toilet. A vehicle then drove past throwing foul water spray up into the air. This cannot be good for public health so please arrange for this to be fixed quickly. Thanks Adrian Berry Chair Ratley & Upton Parish Council
