Sent to West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later
It would appear that a street sweeper was sent around part of cogges recently. I can tell because it has disrupted parts of the grass growing out of the kerbs. If this is true I'd like to know why the council are happy to operate in such an inefficient and wasteful manner? It is clear that the clearing isn't done regularly enough in the area from the many runs of soil and grass in the kerbside. Why wasn't the soil and grass removed before the sweeper was sent around and why isn't a sweeper sent around regularly enough to stop grass and weeds from growing in the kerbs in the first place? The standards are really too low and have been for years. This needs improving.
