Car abandoned

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2286680.

A car has been parked on Fallowfields for over 3 months. There is no sign of the owner - who does not live on the street and the car has not been moved in months. The street is due to have Road markings but the car will be in the way and therefore you may want to contact the owner or remove the so the car. Registration LC09 WRZ.

I note this car has been reported before for parking for long periods of time on other areas in Bicester.
