School barriers blocking road - Afternoon time

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2286532.

Barriers put across the road by school causing issues with congestion and traffic flow. Please investigate in the afternoon as this mainly happens then.
