Public health hazard. Foul water is seeping out of a sewage manhole cover and running down the road. It’s definitely sewage as bits of white paper have escaped. And you can smell it🤢 Location is Chapel Lane just outside Valleys End. These photos don’t go it justice as the level of outflow varies. When I came past this morning, without my camera, there was a very visible strong flow. Believe this was reported to Thames water by phone 3 weeks ago but nothing has been done since.

Please contact the water company about this as this is not a Highways maintenance issue.
