Blocked drains in the "Lincombes" area of Torquay.

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2285848.

We have a problem in this area with blocked drains, being made more evident during the recent rains. I would estimate that about 70% of the drains in this area do not take water. This has been evident since I moved here last year.
