Obstructions coming out of a blind bend..

Parking outside the shops on Wingfield Road. There is a small parking area which is too small , hence the rear of the parked vehicles stick out on the road. As your coming out of Parkfield Road onto Wingfield road before you hit the mini roundabout, as motorists you can be obstructed especially as when they can't park in a the bay area they park on the opposite side of the road on the yellow lines. Traffic at peak times is chaotic. Could the parking bay area be made bigger using more to the large pavement in front of the shops to avoid the rear of vehicles encroaching onto the road?
