Sent to Edinburgh City Council less than a minute later

We have vehicles parking close to junction . this is causing vehicles exiting from it to turn out onto main road in middle of road. we have had several close calls over last few months . even had drivers exiting vehicles to argue in middle of road. the main street used as rat-run and is busy almost all day. when car owners are asked to move vehicle to safe spot we are usually sworn at and its only time until someone is injured
