Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Contractors doing whatever work outside the Alms houses at the top of West Street today, where they have dug up the pavement, have left a large oil stain where their vehicle was parked. This was on the corner of Castle Lane. Is it possible for this to be cleaned please?
