Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later

Tree branches from cross flatts park are hanging over residential properties.and cars and roads causing danger to life and damage to guttering at properties 11, 13 and 15 park view ls11 7ay

This work was not done to the standard required. The contractor cut 3 branches and did not crown the trees. They were paid to crown the trees.
