In this area prior to the two car parking bays, the pavement has no dropped kerb, hence on occasions it has been known for a mobility scooter to attempt to drive around the front of the parked cars in order to traverse the lowered kerb in front of the said vehicles, and causing damage to the same.t has no dropped kerb, hence occasionally a motorised

So because there is no dropped kerb at this point, I have witness a couple a mobility vehicles attempt to traverse the grass verge, ( some 28" wide) fronting the residents cars in order to reach the dropped kerb which is situated directly in front of the residents parking bays, Which resulting in at least one car being damaged quite recently, (the police were informed)
