This its only car park for resident who living in this house. This car its always parked here without any notice and this person not living here at all.

This car has been parking here since June 2019. It is unknown if the driver is a resident or not. Perhaps they rent the car park space. Regardless, the pin is not in the correct place, 51.079367, 1.173542 is the correct LatLng 25 Manor Road.
