Foot path behind houses 25-39 Cumberland Avenue totally overgrown

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2281198.

You claimed this strip of land and have not maintained it. It is totally overgrown and has rubish dumped there as it looks like the local dumping ground. Now there are rats. You own it, you maintain it. You have not touched it for years.
