Overgrown weeds and moss.
Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 19:48, Sat 28 January 2012
Sent to Plymouth City Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 228039.
Weeds growing on roadside edges of kerbs. Cant see kerbs when dark. 3 disabled parking bays kerbs in disgusting state. Also green moss, on all footpaths, slippery when wet. Have reported to council by phone,in October, nothing done. Although not disabled myself, I fear for the 3 disabled people around me. My wife and I are in our late sixties and also find it dangerous at times.

Plymouth City Council have now admitted liability after consultation with Plymouth Community Homes, as to who is responsible for the area involved. Mr. Peter Lord arranged to meet me, and I showed him the Problem. He took photos of the area, and later phoned me to say the parks division will be out to do the clean up in the near future!!!.Will inform you when clean up is complete.

Today 29/2/2012 our carpark, disabled parking bays and footpaths were finally cleared of weeds and moss by the parks division of Plymouth City Council. They have done a really good job. Thankyou...... fix my street, I am really greatful for your help I think without it I would still be banging my head against a brick wall in frustration. once again Thankyou.
