Van parking causing it to be very unsafe pulling out of our drive

Our neighbor has been parking his van here for a few months now. It’s a large tall van and blocks all view from the left as we attempt to get out of our drive. We have to edge forward slowly and hope for the best. We constantly get beeped at by passing vehicles as we are trying to get out but we just can’t see anything.
