Sent to Crawley Borough Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2278347.

Overflowing dog waste bin and rubbish/empty Cannabis wrap bags. Attached the footpath crossroad under the footbridge off Banks Close, Crawley RH10 7TU area. This is the second time I've had to report this. This needs to be done more proactively. Also this is a known hotspot for drugs consumption (as evidenced by drugs bags and litter).

Updates

Now been cleared, however needs more regular maintenance/attendance by council staff.
