Station Road South to A41 Quainton

There has been a spillage of some bright blue paint/dye/liquid, which is the south side of Station Road, Quainton to the A41. This liquid is being picked up onto cars and coating them; it does seem to mostly wash off. There is a trail of the blue all the way along to the Station Road bridge
