Reported in the Miscellaneous category anonymously at 17:49, Thursday 3 September 2020

Sent to Stevenage Borough Council less than a minute later

The plant is growing in the public park adjoining Newbury Close and Wilson Close. My gardener identified the plant as Japanese knotweed. The plant is hidden by bushes on the park side but is close to the garden fence on the border of the two properties.
