Some sort of sharp or broken roadside edge or curbing

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

Last Thursday late evening at 21:30 I clipped the roadside edge when exiting the roundabout in the outside lane towards Coventry, this resulted in both offside tyres being punctured, see example photograph of one tyre the gash was about 2 inches long. I did not attempt to investigate the roadside edge because of the location and time of day. I consider that whatever caused my mishap could have more serious consequences when there is more traffic around and should be invetstigated
