Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2276873.

The drains are constantly getting blocked from the private Fairfield road all the stones and mud runs down in heavy rain and blocks drains and it makes the top end of Cleeve down very dangerous . Please if you can do something it would be much appreciated as it is getting quite dangerous for bikes and disabled people
