Dog fouling

Reported in the Dog Fouling category anonymously at 08:28, Thursday 3 September 2020

Sent to Stevenage Borough Council less than a minute later

A local male resident has two husky type dogs. He walks them in turn on a leash at around 10:30 / 11:00 on most mornings. This has been going on for at least a year. The dogs are allowed to foul in the public open space without any attempt to remove the deposits. The area is regularly used as a play area for local children. I have a video of a recent occasion which I can forward if required.
