Sent to West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Large Road cone and road maintenance Sign, Had been left at base of CCTV Pole opposite road junction, and outside Witney fire station. Been in current location for over 8 weeks. Road cone has been collected, but the road sign has been left still laid flat on the grass. Why can’t BOTH not have been collected at the same time ??
