Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2275617.

These are 1 hour parking bays, however cars have been parked here all day. These bays are being abused. There are no active patrols in the area making it difficult to park. Bays on both sides have an ongoing problem, with cars left for hours and on the double yellow lines.
