Road works contractor overdue

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2275204.

The road works and associated 3 way traffic lights along Barton's Road was supposed to be finished on the 31/08/20 as displayed on their signs. However as of today (02/09/20) they are still there, and the 3 way traffic lights causing a nuisance to the local area.

Has a council representative been to issue fines for going over their alloted licenced time?

  • Around 6pm today (02/09/20), the temporary traffic lights were down once again, leaving traffic to dangerously run the gauntlet with oncoming traffic.
