Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2271288.

Light not showing at all as I approached traffic light travelling towards Brixham from Paignton. As I approached single amber light lit up... so not sure if changing from red to red-amber or from green to amber; the latter I think. Saturday 29th Aug morning.
