Constant speeding of vehicles

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2271155.

Cars and motorbikes driving at speeds well above the 30mph limit along Fort Road (Monkton Road to Clayhall Road). Constant problem with large percentage of drivers speeding, with a few driving at excessive speeds. Police not interested.
