Traffic lights not letting enough people through

Recent work on junction. Traffic lights don’t appear to be working on any sensor and only stay green for a very short time causing gridlock trying to get in and out of Sevington Business Park and residents who have to use this junction

Residents fault that they can only use one entrance as they campaigned to have the other entrance blocked off to traffic.
