There has been a fence erected on the throughway between st Bartholowmew's and wayfarers, so there is no through passage, meaning children etc have to go round main road where there is no pathway.

There is no passage through now as apparently someone was hanging around there, so the alms house and st bartholowmew's area/charity have just fenced it off. The council were notified, but were not interested as some are in charge of the charity for the alms houses. Leaving nursery children and elderly vulnerable on the main road with no path. It is disgraceful.
