Illegal use of trade plates

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2269588.

Black Audi SK54 ZLO - Parked opposite church since June with trade plate 12606 in the front window which is the same as Silver Merc SM10 CJF (untaxed) parked 27 Westfield Avenue, LE18 1HY the same trade plate 12606 on display at the same time. This is an offence. You cannot use the same trade plate on more than 1 vehicle so one of them is untaxed.
