Collapsing drain on corner

Part of the road and edge of pavement have started to subside. It appears that the drain underneath may have collapsed. It started a couple of months ago but appears to have accelerated lately and is getting worse.

    The reply I received was that it's not bad enough even though it has been getting much worse. Surely it would be better to fix it now before the drain collapses completely when someone drives into it?
