This problem has been reported before but it's never been sufficiently cleaned out to stop it becoming blocked again every time we have heavy rain.

Drain is totally blocked & was reported 6 weeks ago. With the heavy rain we're experiencing water is building up along church street & will eventually overflow into the pavement
