Council workers have pushed excess spoil and stone into our drainage ditch

Back in the Spring 2020 we paid a contractor £300 to dig out this ditch as the then blockage was not allowing the field to drain properly. The council used this layby to store stone and chippings whilst the A31 roadsides were being worked on during the Summer 2020. When the council workers cleaned up the site they pushed stone and earth into our field drainage ditch. Which we would like cleaned out please.
