Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later
A428 Road kerb drains and footpath drainage system are blocked causing flooding into my driveway.
When the footpath was constructed a drain across my driveway entrance was provided and a circuit drainage system to keep highway water and footpath water away from my property . it is not draining so all water from the road and footpath enters my drive. the drain is clear of debris so it must be another issue. either in the road or caused by the multiple excavations along the footpath that may have damaged the drainage network. the water is like a river running down my drive and flooding my garden.

Huge amount of mud and debris on the road again due to the bellway site not adhering to the site conditions, still no wheel wash on site

We have a mud river running down our drive every time it rains, the gully drain is not maintained properly and therefore full with mud, the footpath is thick with mud and leaf litter making it both dangerous for pedestrians, cyclists and for us coming out of the drive, wheels constantly spin.
