Dangerous and obstructive parking

I live in Sheering, Essex and have an ongoing issue regarding some seriously dangerous and obstructive parking that is happening weekly, if not more often near my house. Our village have a football team, who seem to play midweek (Tues/Weds) and Saturday afternoons. The manager of the team encourages players (home and away) to park on grass verges in the village. Whilst I appreciate this is not an offence in itself, the level of dangerous parking on said grass verge is not acceptable and is making me a prisoner in my own home when there is a match going on, as I would need to pull onto a main road, from my driveway, completely blind to oncoming traffic (most of which is travelling far in excess of the 30mph speed limit for this road) This is extremely dangerous and obstructive, and I have also witnessed pedestrians having to walk in the road to pass the parked cars. It’s wholly unacceptable and making life miserable.
