Standing water creating hazard for pedestrians

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 18:16, Thu 27 August 2020

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2266982.

Farndon Road was surface dressed last year (?). However there is an old reinstated trench in the nearside wheel track that has standing water after any rainfall. Vehicles travelling south on Farndon Road spray water over the full width of the combined use cycleway/footway. There's no easy solution but it wants rectifying before winter - please.
