Surface water ponding on newly laid road

Willow Drive is currently being resurfaced. Cosmetically the works look OK however there are many puddles being created between drains as the road surface is not being laid to line or level. Water is already ponding. At the next frost the road will start to degrade again, and ultimately potholes will form. In the meantime the road surface will be unsafe when it rains and especially when it freezes.
