Horse box parking

Sent to Leicestershire County Council and Oadby and Wigston Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2266546.

For many years there has been a stationary horse box on Burleigh Avenue. As its dimensions of width and height are greater than those of the average car, I consider it an unlit hazard. It is, of course, not taxed or insured to be on the road, and thus is parked illegally.
