Oversize trees.

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2266307.

The trees backing onto rolseand s drive near house numbers 187 189 etc are getting very unstable and swaying very badly in the valley baking onto roads of Lancaster drive they need coppicing. They have not been touched since 1975 when first placed there. also causing debris in the public pathway behind. slippery hazard also. reported before. NO ACTION OR OUTCIME KNOWN? IT IS OUT IN THE OPEN SO DONT BLAME COVID PLEASE.

  • Was told trees do sway that's what they do!! we don't just cut down to suit public. So environmental have been warned should a tree or branch falls on the public footpath which many people use dog walkers etc. Was told by environmental people that the public should not walk down there when its windy!! This is a public footpath which someone has a legal duty for.
