Temp traffic lights not properly maintained

On the 26/08/20 around 5pm, the temporary 3 way traffic lights at the road works along Barton's Rd completely failed, causing traffic chaos and potential crash hazard.
The lights were down for many hours, as the contractor responsible did not respond to fix them.
