Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2266220.

After taking my children to the park we came back to the car and there are several used sanitary towels outside 104 Summergangs looks to be coming from their over flowing bin in the front garden - absolutely disgusting surely this is an environmental issue
