Someone has painted yellow arrows on the pavement it looks like it’s the chip shop people who have done this. No other shops or takeaways in Rugby have needed to deface the pavement in this way.

Someone has painted yellow arrows on the pavement it looks like it’s the chip shop people who have done this. No other shops or takeaways in Rugby have needed to deface the pavement in this way. This is vandalisum.
