Clothes flytipping

Reported via Android in the Flytipping category anonymously at 01:53, Thursday 27 August 2020

Sent to Birmingham City Council less than a minute later

Mounds of clothes just exposed next to a clothes collection bin. The clothes are not in bags and have been there for what seems months I'm sure this has been cleared several times (by the council). Why does this clothes bin need to be in this location? Why can't it be in the usual places like shopping centre car parks.

This is an eye sore to what is an ever increasingly flytipped, graffitied and drug dealing area.
