Haynes Road allotments. Just inside the main gate in Haynes Rd. the allotment numbered on the shed as plot 3 there is a dreadful stench, something like a dead dinosaur, emanating from it. This is not the first time a deadful smell has come from this allotment, but this time is really bad. The smell with the wind in the right direction reaches the houses backing on to the plots in Lanfranc Road.
