    Still open, via questionnaire

  • So 4 months after the last 'Pruning - trim' the TEAM arrived in 2 lorries and unloaded equipement and I thought wow here comes the end of season trim that was promised back ib the summer. So in keeping with all earlier operations the operatives set about the by now very overgrown shrubs. The ran a trimmer over the very pavement edge of growth at about 1 mtr high and then moved on to the other areas that had been pruned ant cut in the summer and now did not need more than a trim. Next clean trimmimgs, climb into lorries, (perhaps for tea break) then drive off. So again the overgrown area still not cut back. the tallest sycamore is now nearly at the house eaves. Shambles absolute shambles and total waste of time and money/
