Sent to Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

Traffic barrier at junction B4632 and Taylors Lane Upper Quinton has been damaged by vehicle collision. One of the pipe ends is exposed which could be hazardous to other vehicles.
