Top of tree snapped hanging on lower branch

Top of a tree has snapped off and is hung on the branch bellow would cause damage to a car or walkers going past.

Opposite 117 Oldbury road Hartshill looks to have snapped today at some point

  • I would like to report about blasting at Manchester quarry which could be felt in Oldbury road surely this needs to be investigated
